Greater Philadelphia Cares' Project Partners
Year round, Greater Philadelphia Cares partners with
Philadelphia-region non-profit agencies, schools, government agencies,
and environmental organizations to make a positive impact in our
city. These agencies need volunteer power to succeed, and
Greater Philadelphia Cares is proud to help them reach their goals.
Whether it's through a one-time volunteer project
or an ongoing volunteer opportunity at your facility, Greater Philadelphia
Cares works with your organization to ensure you get the help you
need to meet your goals. Our working relationships mean that your
valuable time will be used effectively. If something works, we do
more of that. If something doesn't, we change it until it works
for the community and works for you.
To get involved, please call 215-564-4544 or email
volunteer@gpcares.com.
Does Your Agency Need Volunteers?
Does YOUR agency need volunteers? If you are a non-profit,
a school, a government agency or an environmental organization,
Greater Philadelphia Cares can help. Just give us a call -- it will
help if you have the following information handy:
- What is the project you need volunteers to help
out with?
- How many volunteers do you need?
- When would you like the volunteers to come?
- Who would oversee the volunteers when they are
in your facility?
- Would you need the volunteers for a one-time volunteer
project, or do you need them for an ongoing period of time?
- How many hours would want the volunteers at your
facility (for one-time and ongoing opportunities)
- Logistics: where your agency is located, the time(s)
and dates you want volunteers, directions from major roads and
public transportation, etc.
